It’s important to know the minks are not harmed in any way. Healthy, stress-free minks sheared once a year produce the softest, most lustrous fibers. Finally you can enjoy the luxury of real mink with peace of mind.
Knitting stimulates blossoming of the mink fibers. Consider washing to achieve the full blossoming effect of the mink fibers. Washing is recommended for the un-dyed Natural yarn as there can be a hint of spinning oil residue used to reduce friction when spinning. Washing instructions are included with the yarn.
