International Shipping Policy: Flat $9.00 shipping. Our default International shipper is USPS, International First Class. International customers (outside the US), if you prefer a shipping service that includes a tracking mechanism please e-mail GreatNorthernYarns@comcast.net for a quote. There is no tracking with USPS Int'l 1st Class. Great Northern Yarns is not responsible for any International orders shipped via USPS International 1st Class.


Returns Policy: If you are dissatisfied for any reason you can return the yarn in its complete skein form, uncut and unused, within three days for a full refund. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

"Sales" Policy: If you made a purchase within 14 days of the start date of a sale please e-mail greatnorthernyarns@Comcast.net and you will be issued a store credit for the amount you would have saved.

Pre-orders for out-of-stock items policy: We do not accept pre-orders or take orders of any kind for items that are out of stock and/or back ordered. We only accept orders for products that we currently have in stock.
